Order Information
When you place an order, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card number, card expiration date and e-mail address. We use this information to process and fill your order and to contact you about the order. The e-mail address collected here will not be sold or shared with any other companies.

We collect information to monitor traffic patterns and site usage to help us improve the design of the site. We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers to reputable third party vendors; however, this data does not contain any personally identifying information.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
In many cases, Performance Exhaust PLUS can ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories. For these orders, simply proceed through checkout as usual.

***Please Note: When we are able to ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories, they will require extra time for delivery and will be charged additional shipping fees. These orders are not eligible for Free Shipping offers.

If you're ordering from any of these areas and do not see a shipping rate after clicking on "Process Order" at checkout, Performance Exhaust PLUS will contact you within 1-2 business days to inform you if the product can be shipped and provide you with the shipping costs. ***Your order will not be processed until we have received your emailed approval of the shipping costs.

If you would like to determine the shipping costs before placing your order, please email us at sales@performanceexhaustplus.com and include the items you wish to order and the exact address they will be shipping to. We'll email you a shipping quote for the items you want within 1-2 business days.

Payment
Performance Exhaust PLUS accepts payment using credit cards.
 

    Credit/Debit Card Payment:
    When ordering online, we accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. When paying with a credit card, please take care to correctly remit the card number, expiration date and CVV2 # from your card.

Pricing
On our website, beside each part number, is a price. However, this convenient information may become obsolete due to manufacturing cost increases. Therefore, we reserve the right to make price changes without notice. Missouri residents will be charged 7.45% sales tax to the total cost of the merchandise on their order. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS!

Out-Of-Stock and Backorders
In some cases, we may not have a specific product in stock. Our standard policy is to place an order with the manufacturer the same day you order from us. In an effort to get the product to you as quickly as possible, if the product is available Performance Exhaust PLUS will have the manufacturer drop-ship the item directly to you. There is no additional shipping charge for drop-shipped items.

In some cases, it is necessary for Performance Exhaust PLUS to cancel orders for a backorder or discontinued part. We reserve the right to cancel these orders.

Shipping Policy
Shipments over $50 have free ground shipping to anywhere in the continental United States (48 states). All shipments are shipped next business day from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer. Our warehouse hours of operation for Performance Exhaust PLUS are from 8a.m. to 5p.m. Monday thru Friday (CDT). We observe all major holidays, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Any order placed by the customer with the wrong address which requires UPS to make a correction will be subject to an address correction fee, as charged by UPS. This fee will be billed to your credit card or billed COD, depending on UPS.

Performance Exhaust PLUS is only responsible for shipment, not delivery. We ship all merchandise complete, properly packaged, and insured. Any damage, loss, or missing claims must be made with the carrier as stated in the Damaged Shipments section.

Damaged Shipments
Upon receipt of your shipment inspect it carefully for damage. Please note with carrier any problems or damage. Damage done to product due to handling during shipment is the responsibility of carrier not Performance Exhaust PLUS. If package is in good condition and has concealed damaged notify Performance Exhaust PLUS immediately, do not return damaged items without written authorization from Performance Exhaust PLUS.

Return/Exchange Policy
Returns are only accepted within 10 days of receipt of your order from www.performanceexhausplus.com. The exhaust can't be damaged by incorrect installation or disassembled. We are not responsible for installation problems. Product returns that are returned for credit will be subject to a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. No Returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.

Please follow the following steps for return authorization:
Find your original invoice that came with the product and include a copy of it in your return shipment.

  1. Re-pack the items securely with the original packaging and apply a label with the return address listed below.
  2. Email our Customer Service Department at sales@performanceexhaustplus.com with reason for return. Upon receipt, you will be emailed with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed with your return within 3-4 business days.
  3. Ship prepaid via, FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS w/ Delivery Confirmation. Please retain your tracking number.

Refused Shipments
Any customer who refuses delivery of an order (damaged shipment excluded) will be charged for the additional return freight charges and any related fees including credit card processing fees. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.

Warranty
Warranty and/or defective merchandise are subject to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty only. Performance Exhaust PLUS shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages, nor shall Performance Exhaust PLUS be liable for any labor or inconvenience. Performance Exhaust PLUS's responsibility is limited to replacement of the defective item only. No refunds will be issued. If a manufacturer's warranty card is included in the package, it must be filled out completely by the customer and mailed to the manufacturer prior to submitting any warranty claims. The manufacturer's warranty tag must be attached to the defective product, where applicable. Performance Exhaust PLUS does not provide refunds on warranty claims.
